This is a build-to-order WooCommerce payment gateway that lets your store accept BTC, ETH, LTC, and USDC through Coinbase Commerce or TripleA, while you settle in regular fiat currency. The point is simple: capture crypto-paying customers without ever carrying coins on your balance sheet. With the instant fiat settlement option, the gateway provider converts the crypto at the moment of payment and pays you out in your bank currency — so a price quoted in USD stays USD.
ECOSIRE builds, installs, configures, and supports this plugin directly on your WordPress site — it is not an instant download from WooCommerce.com or WordPress.org. We register it as a proper WC_Payment_Gateway subclass so it appears under WooCommerce → Settings → Payments alongside your other methods, with its own enable toggle, title, description, and API credential fields.
At checkout, customers are sent to the provider's hosted crypto checkout (a Coinbase Commerce charge or TripleA payment page), so no private keys or wallet logic ever touch your server. Payment confirmation is handled server-side via a signed webhook endpoint registered through the WooCommerce/WordPress REST API — we verify the provider's signature, then move the order to processing or completed and record the transaction ID in order meta. The build is HPOS-aware (works with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage / custom order tables as well as legacy post-based orders), supports refunds and order reconciliation from the WooCommerce admin, and uses WP-Cron as a safety net to reconcile any charge whose webhook was missed.
We also wire in clean handling for under/overpayments, expired charges, and currency rounding, plus optional WPML/multisite compatibility. You get a documented, update-safe plugin and a real human to call when a payout looks off.

How long until the crypto gateway is live on my store?
This is a build-to-order plugin, not an instant download. Typical delivery is about 3 to 5 business days from when you provide WordPress/WooCommerce admin (or staging) access and your Coinbase Commerce or TripleA account credentials. We build and test on staging or sandbox first, then install on production and confirm a real test payment before handing over. If your theme or checkout is heavily customized, we'll confirm a revised timeline up front.
What do you support and update after it's installed?
ECOSIRE installs and supports the plugin directly on your site. After go-live we include a support window for configuration issues, webhook/payout reconciliation questions, and bug fixes to our code. Because the plugin hooks into WooCommerce and the gateway's API, we also help keep it compatible across WooCommerce core, HPOS, and provider API changes. Ongoing maintenance beyond the initial window is available as a retainer — we'll quote it based on your update cadence.
Do I ever hold actual cryptocurrency?
No, not if you enable instant fiat settlement. Coinbase Commerce and TripleA can convert the crypto to your chosen fiat currency at the moment of payment and pay you out in regular currency. Your WooCommerce store quotes and reconciles in fiat, and no coins, wallets, or private keys ever touch your server. If you specifically want to retain crypto, that's also configurable — just tell us during the build.
Does this work with HPOS and my existing payment methods?
Yes. The gateway is registered as a standard WC_Payment_Gateway, so it shows up under WooCommerce → Settings → Payments next to Stripe, PayPal, or any other method you already use, and customers pick it at checkout. It's built to be HPOS-aware, so it works with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (custom order tables) as well as legacy post-based orders. We test against your actual configuration before launch.
How are payments confirmed and what stops orders getting stuck?
Confirmation is handled server-side. The gateway exposes a signed webhook endpoint via the WordPress REST API; when the provider confirms a charge, we verify the signature, then move the WooCommerce order to processing or completed and store the transaction ID in order meta. As a safety net, a WP-Cron job periodically re-checks any charge whose webhook was delayed or missed, so an order never sits stranded in 'pending payment' just because a webhook didn't arrive.
What do you need from me to start, and what does the $999 cover?
The $999 one-time fee covers building, installing, configuring, and testing the gateway plugin on your site, plus the initial support window. To start, we need admin access to your WordPress/WooCommerce site (staging preferred), and an active Coinbase Commerce or TripleA account with API access — those provider accounts and any of their transaction/settlement fees are separate and billed by the provider, not by ECOSIRE.
