The AI Shop Assistant & Chatbot for WooCommerce is a custom WordPress plugin that grounds a conversational AI in your actual catalog — not a generic bot bolted onto a third-party widget. ECOSIRE builds, installs and configures it directly on your WordPress site, so the assistant reads live data through the WooCommerce REST API and internal wc_get_products() / WC_Product calls: real titles, prices, stock status, attributes, variations and categories.
Shoppers can ask "which of these is waterproof?", "what's a cheaper alternative?" or "where's my order?" and get answers drawn from your products and — with the customer logged in — their own orders via the HPOS / custom order tables (with legacy posts-table fallback). The assistant can add a product or variation straight to the WooCommerce cart from the conversation, hand off to your existing checkout and payment gateways untouched, and answer FAQs you curate in wp-admin.
It is delivered as a proper plugin: settings under a dedicated wp-admin screen, a catalog sync job on WP-Cron (with WP-CLI re-index), clean WordPress hooks, actions and filters for theme/developer overrides, and a front-end widget that respects your theme. Multilingual stores are supported via WPML / Polylang string and product translations, and it runs on WordPress multisite.

How long until the assistant is live on my store?
Because this is build-to-order, it is not an instant download. After purchase we scope your catalog and FAQ sources, configure the AI model and guardrails, and install on a staging copy of your WordPress site. A typical single-site build goes live in about 5 to 10 business days, depending on catalog size and how many FAQ/policy sources you want ingested. We confirm the schedule with you before starting.
Do I get ongoing support and updates?
Yes. The build includes a post-launch support window for fixes and configuration help. After that, an optional maintenance plan keeps the plugin compatible with new WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP releases (including HPOS changes), refreshes the catalog index logic, and tunes prompts/guardrails as your store evolves. Updates are applied by ECOSIRE on your site — there is no marketplace auto-update.
Is the $999 the total cost, including the AI?
The $999 is a one-time build-and-install fee for one WordPress site. The AI model usage (the tokens the chatbot consumes) is separate and billed by usage. You can supply your own OpenAI/Anthropic-compatible API key and pay your provider directly, or use an ECOSIRE-managed key billed by usage. We size expected usage with you up front so there are no surprises.
Will it accidentally recommend products I don't sell, or wrong prices?
No. The assistant is grounded in your live catalog through the WooCommerce REST API and WC_Product data, and is configured to refuse or hand off when a request falls outside your catalog or FAQ scope. Prices, stock status and variations are read from WooCommerce at answer time, and a topic allow-list keeps conversations on shopping and support rather than open-ended chat.
Does it work with my existing theme, payment gateway, and multilingual setup?
Yes. The chat widget respects your theme and can be restyled via filters and CSS. Add-to-cart hands off to your standard WooCommerce cart and checkout, so your existing payment gateways are untouched. Multilingual stores using WPML or Polylang are supported — the assistant answers in the customer's locale using your translated product strings — and the plugin runs on WordPress multisite with per-site configuration.
