How it works: Merchants or staff upload a supplier invoice, customer receipt or bank-transfer slip into a dedicated wp-admin screen (or it ingests from an email/inbox folder). The AI OCR engine extracts the vendor, dates, line items, tax lines and grand total, then proposes a match against an existing WooCommerce order or creates a new purchase record stored in a custom post type with HPOS / custom-order-table compatibility. A human approval step lets your team confirm or correct before anything is written — extracted data is staged in order meta and committed only on approval.

For stores running manual-payment / bank-transfer gateways, the plugin doubles as a proof-of-payment verification workflow: a customer's uploaded slip is OCR-read, the amount and reference are matched to the pending order, and an admin confirms to move the order to Processing.

Built on the WooCommerce REST API and native WordPress hooks, actions and filters, it respects your existing order statuses and emails. Multi-language and Arabic-script documents are supported, with right-to-left layouts handled correctly. WPML and multisite installs are accommodated during the build.
