Xero Sync for Shopify is a custom-built connector that turns the daily reconciliation grind into a hands-off, end-of-day routine. Instead of exporting CSVs or hand-keying totals, it reads your Shopify order, transaction and payout data through the Shopify Admin GraphQL API and posts clean, accountant-approved summary journals into Xero every day — so your books match your bank feed without the manual stitching.

No. This is a build-to-order app that ECOSIRE custom-builds, installs and configures for your specific store and Xero account. We install it as a private/custom Shopify app via secure OAuth and map it to your real chart of accounts — there is no instant App Store download or self-serve link.

How long does delivery take?

A standard build, install, Xero mapping and historical backfill typically completes within a short, agreed lead time after we receive Shopify and Xero access and confirm your account mapping. We agree the exact timeline with you before any work starts; multi-currency setups and large historical backfills can extend it slightly.

What happens after go-live — do you support and update it?

Yes. We support the connector after launch, including handling Shopify Admin API and Xero API changes, fixing any unmatched payout, and answering reconciliation questions. The exact ongoing support terms are agreed up front so you are never left maintaining the integration alone.
