The Talabat / Q-Commerce Delivery Connector turns your Shopify store into a same-hour last-mile operation across the MENA region. When a customer in your delivery zone checks out, the order is dispatched to an on-demand courier network — Talabat, Careem, or your local fleet partner — and a driver is assigned, tracked, and reconciled without your team rekeying anything into a courier dashboard.

This is not an instant App Store download. ECOSIRE builds this connector to order against your specific courier accounts, delivery zones, and Shopify theme, then installs it on your store and supports it. We work against the Shopify Admin GraphQL API for order, fulfillment and location data, register order/create and fulfillment webhooks, and store courier identifiers and tracking state in order metafields so the integration is auditable and survives theme changes.

At checkout we surface live delivery-fee quotes from the courier API based on the customer's address and your radius and zone rules, so the shopper sees a real same-hour price rather than a flat guess. After purchase, the order is pushed to the courier, a driver is assigned, and live tracking status flows back into Shopify via status webhooks — visible to your staff and reflected in the order timeline. For cash-on-delivery markets, the connector runs COD reconciliation, matching collected amounts back to Shopify orders so your finance team isn't chasing courier statements.
