Pet Store Profile & Subscription Manager turns a one-time visitor into a repeat, profiled customer. Shoppers create a pet profile (breed, age, weight, dietary needs) that is stored as Shopify customer and order metafields, then the app recommends the right product and portion size and converts that into an auto-replenishment subscription timed to how fast the pet actually eats.
This is a build-to-order app: ECOSIRE designs, builds, installs, and supports it for your store. It is not an instant Shopify App Store download. After purchase we scope your catalog, breeds, portion logic, and reminder cadence, then deliver a working install on your live theme.
Technically, the app is a proper Shopify app using OAuth install, the Admin GraphQL API, and the Subscription Contracts / Selling Plans APIs so recurring orders are native to checkout and billing — not a bolt-on cart hack. A Theme App Extension renders the pet-profile capture block and bundle/box builder on product and account pages. Webhooks (orders/create, subscription_contracts/update, customers/update) keep profiles, replenishment dates, and vaccination/grooming reminders in sync, and respect multi-location inventory when checking availability.
Pet parents get a subscription portal to skip, swap, reschedule, or change portion size without emailing you, plus loyalty and repeat-buy rewards that make staying subscribed worth it. You get higher subscription attach rates, fewer "I forgot to reorder" churn events, and clean profile data you own inside Shopify.
Pricing is a one-time USD 249 build fee. You keep the app on your store; ECOSIRE handles installation and post-delivery support.

How long until the app is live on my store?
This is a build-to-order app, not an instant App Store install. After purchase we confirm scope (catalog, breeds, portion logic, reminder cadence), then build and install. Typical delivery is about 2 to 3 weeks depending on catalog complexity and how custom your feeding rules are. We give you a firm timeline during the kickoff scope call.
Do I get ongoing support and updates after delivery?
Yes. ECOSIRE installs the app and supports it after delivery, including fixes if a Shopify API change affects functionality. We agree on a support window and any longer-term maintenance terms with you directly — the one-time build fee covers the build, install, and an initial support period.
Are the subscriptions native to Shopify checkout?
Yes. Auto-replenishment is built on Shopify's Subscription Contracts and Selling Plans APIs, so recurring billing and renewals run through Shopify's native subscription engine rather than a third-party cart workaround. That keeps checkout, payment, and customer records consistent inside Shopify.
Where is my customers' pet data stored?
Pet profiles are stored as Shopify customer and order metafields inside your own store, so the data stays in your Shopify admin and is yours. The app reads and writes it through the Admin GraphQL API and keeps it in sync via webhooks.
Can customers manage their own subscriptions?
Yes. The included subscription portal lets pet parents skip a delivery, swap products, pause, reschedule, or change portion size themselves from their account pages, which cuts support tickets and reduces churn from forgotten reorders.
