This is a build-to-order product, not an instant download. Typical delivery is 5 to 10 business days from when we receive access to your Shopify store and confirm your Mollie account is active. Timeline depends on your theme complexity and how quickly access is granted. We agree a delivery date during onboarding before any work starts.

Every build includes 30 days of support for fixes and configuration adjustments. After that, you can take an optional ongoing support arrangement. When Shopify or Mollie ship a breaking API or webhook change, we patch the integration for supported clients — that maintenance relationship is the main reason merchants choose a built-and-supported solution over an unmaintained off-the-shelf app.

Yes. The integration connects to your own Mollie merchant account, so settlement, fees, KYC and payouts all run through your relationship with Mollie. We configure the connection, webhooks and supported methods; we do not resell Mollie or hold your funds. If you don't have an account yet, we can guide you through creating one.

Yes. Refunds and partial captures are issued from Shopify Admin and synced to Mollie automatically, so your team works in one place. Each transaction is reconciled back to the originating Shopify order, and the Mollie payment ID is stored on the order's metafields for accounting.

Yes. It's a single EU multi-method integration: one configuration against your Mollie profile exposes every supported local method plus cards and wallets, rather than installing a separate app per method. Which methods appear at checkout depends on what you've enabled in Mollie and the shopper's country.
