The Meesho Marketplace Connector for Shopify lets Indian D2C sellers list on Meesho's tier-2/3 social-commerce reach without running two catalogs by hand. ECOSIRE builds the connector to your store's exact data model, installs it as a private Shopify app, and supports it after go-live.
How it works. The app authenticates to your store over Shopify OAuth and reads your catalog through the Admin GraphQL API. Products, variants, prices and multi-location inventory are mapped to Meesho's catalog format and pushed in bulk. Once live, Shopify webhooks (products/update, inventory_levels/update, orders/create) drive near-real-time sync, so a sale or stock edit on either side propagates to the other within minutes — no overnight CSV exports.
Built around Indian marketplace reality. We map your products to Meesho's category tree and carry GST-aware fields (HSN codes, tax rate, GSTIN) using Shopify metafields so listings clear Meesho's onboarding. Order import pulls Meesho orders into Shopify as native orders; label and tracking flow back so fulfilment stays in one place. Return and RTO statuses are written back to the matching Shopify order, and multi-warehouse stock keeps each location's availability honest across both channels.
Honest delivery. This is build-to-order. After purchase we scope your catalog size, variant structure and warehouse setup, then build, test against a Meesho seller account, and deploy to your store. Typical delivery is a few business days depending on catalog complexity. You get the installed app, a mapping document, and a support window. We are not affiliated with Meesho; the connector works against Meesho's seller-facing interfaces, and behaviour follows whatever Meesho's program currently allows.

How long until the connector is live on my store?
This is build-to-order, not an instant download. After purchase we scope your catalog size, variant structure, warehouses and GST fields, then build, test against a Meesho seller account and install it. Typical delivery is a few business days; larger or unusual catalogs take longer, and we confirm a date during scoping.
Do I get ongoing support and updates after go-live?
Yes. Every build includes a support window for fixes and tuning after handover. Because Meesho's seller interfaces and Shopify's APIs change over time, we also offer ongoing maintenance so sync keeps working as both platforms evolve. We will quote a maintenance arrangement that fits your volume.
Is this an official Meesho or Shopify App Store app?
No. ECOSIRE builds and installs it as a private/custom Shopify app for your store, and we are not affiliated with Meesho. The connector works against Meesho's seller-facing interfaces, so its capabilities follow whatever Meesho's seller program currently allows.
Will it handle GST, HSN codes and Indian category mapping?
Yes. We store GST rate, HSN code and GSTIN in Shopify metafields and map your products into Meesho's category tree so listings pass onboarding. You review the mapping document before we push the bulk catalog.
How does inventory stay in sync across my warehouses?
We sync Shopify multi-location inventory using inventory_levels/update webhooks, so a sale or stock edit at any location updates Meesho within minutes, and Meesho orders draw down the correct location to prevent overselling.
What happens with returns and RTO orders?
Return and RTO (return-to-origin) statuses from Meesho are written back to the matching Shopify order, so your team sees the real fulfilment state and inventory is restocked according to the rules we agree during scoping.
