This is a build-to-order Shopify app, not a one-click App Store install. After purchase, ECOSIRE builds, configures, and installs a payment integration tailored to your store, your chosen Saudi payment gateway/acquirer (for example HyperPay, PayTabs, Moyasar, or Tap — whichever your merchant account supports), and your theme. We do the OAuth app setup, wire the Admin GraphQL API and order/transaction webhooks, and verify the live transaction flow end to end before handing over.

No. This is a build-to-order service. After purchase, ECOSIRE builds and installs a custom payment integration tailored to your store, theme, and Saudi gateway. There is no public App Store listing or one-click install — we do the OAuth app setup and configuration for you.
+How long does delivery take?
A typical build runs about 1 to 3 weeks (the setupMinutes field reflects your hands-on configuration call time, not total project duration). The biggest variable is your acquirer/gateway onboarding — mada and STC Pay require an active Saudi merchant account. If your gateway is already approved, delivery is faster; if you're still onboarding with the acquirer, that timeline depends on them, not us. We confirm a firm schedule during scoping.
+Do I need my own payment gateway and merchant account?
Yes. mada and STC Pay are accessed through a Saudi acquirer/gateway such as HyperPay, PayTabs, Moyasar, or Tap. You hold that merchant relationship; ECOSIRE integrates your store with it. We can advise on which gateway fits your case during scoping, but we do not resell or provide the acquiring account itself.
+Will this work on my Shopify plan, or do I need Shopify Plus?
It depends on how deep the checkout customization needs to be. Shopify Plus unlocks the most control via checkout extensibility, but many mada/STC Pay configurations are achievable on standard plans through the gateway's payment app and hosted-payment flows. During scoping we confirm exactly what is achievable on your specific plan before any work begins.
+What about ongoing support and updates after delivery?
You own the installed integration, and ECOSIRE supports it. The one-time price includes a post-handover support window for fixes and questions. Shopify's Admin API versions and gateway SDKs evolve over time, so we offer ongoing maintenance separately — we'll tell you honestly when an API deprecation or gateway change warrants an update rather than leaving it to break silently.
