Typical delivery is about 1–2 weeks from when we have your JazzCash merchant credentials (Merchant ID, password, secure-hash salt) and Shopify collaborator access. We scope your specific plan and theme first, build and test against JazzCash's environment, then install on your live store and hand it over working.

Yes. ECOSIRE builds the integration, but the JazzCash merchant relationship, account approval, fees and settlement are between you and JazzCash. Once you have an approved merchant account we connect it to your Shopify store using the credentials JazzCash issues you.

Yes. Every build includes a post-delivery support window for fixes, configuration help and troubleshooting. If JazzCash changes their API or your store configuration changes, we offer ongoing maintenance so the integration keeps working. Because it's custom-built for your store, you're not waiting on a third-party app developer's release schedule.

Customers go through a secure hosted/redirect flow to JazzCash to enter payment details, then return to a confirmed Shopify order. Sensitive payment data is entered on JazzCash's side, not stored in your store. The order is only marked paid after our server validates JazzCash's signed callback response.

Yes. Refunds are initiated against JazzCash and the matching Shopify order is updated. Because we register the captured payment through the Admin GraphQL API, your normal order webhooks fire — so fulfillment, confirmation emails and analytics automations continue to work as they do for any other paid order.
