Instagram & Facebook DM Marketing Automation is a build-to-order Shopify app that connects your Meta business accounts to your store and turns social engagement into measurable sales. This is not an instant App Store download — ECOSIRE builds, installs and configures it for your specific store, then supports it.

The app authenticates with the Instagram Graph API and Messenger Platform via Meta OAuth, and with your store through the Shopify Admin GraphQL API. When a follower comments a keyword on a post or reels, replies to a story, or opens a conversation, the app fires an automated DM through a visual flow builder you control. Flows can pull live product data, prices and variant availability straight from your catalog, so recommendations inside DMs reflect real inventory rather than stale copy.

Because it reads your catalog over GraphQL, the app can surface the right product, generate a cart permalink or checkout link, and respect multi-location inventory so it never pushes an out-of-stock variant. We persist subscriber state and consent in Shopify metafields and a dedicated datastore, and we subscribe to webhooks (products/update, orders/create, app/uninstalled) to keep flows in sync and to attribute orders back to the DM that drove them.

Typical builds include comment-to-DM auto-responses, keyword and story-reply triggers, broadcast campaigns to opted-in subscribers, and product-recommendation cards rendered inside Messenger and Instagram threads. Everything is scoped to Meta's 24-hour messaging window and message-tag policies, with consent capture so your sends stay compliant.
