Fruugo is a curated cross-border marketplace that places your products in front of shoppers across 40+ countries and dozens of currencies — but its retailer onboarding expects a clean, mapped product feed and reliable order/inventory sync. This connector is the bridge between your Shopify store and Fruugo, custom-built and installed by ECOSIRE for your specific catalog and category structure.

This is not an instant App Store download. After purchase, our team builds the integration against your store, configures category and attribute mapping to Fruugo's taxonomy, wires up the sync jobs, deploys it, and validates a real listing-and-order round-trip with you before handover. The typical build-and-install window is short and quoted up front.

What it does technically: the connector authenticates to your store via a Shopify custom app (OAuth) and reads products through the Admin GraphQL API. It transforms variants, prices, and translated content into Fruugo's required feed format, then keeps both sides in step. Shopify webhooks (products/update, inventory_levels/update, orders/create) trigger near-real-time syncs, while a scheduled reconciliation job catches anything missed. Multi-location inventory is read through inventoryLevels, and an auto stock guard prevents overselling by pausing or zeroing Fruugo offers the moment Shopify stock crosses your threshold. Fruugo orders are imported back into Shopify as native orders with customer, shipping, and line data, and fulfillment tracking numbers flow outward to Fruugo to keep the marketplace's metrics healthy.

Multi-currency and multi-language feeds let you list the same catalog into many Fruugo storefronts without duplicating SKUs. Optional metafields carry Fruugo-specific attributes (EAN/GTIN, category codes, country-level pricing) so your Shopify admin stays the single source of truth.
