Shopee Marketplace Connector (SEA)

This is a build-to-order module, not an instant apps.odoo.com download. Typical delivery is 2-4 weeks depending on how many Shopee shops, regions and catalogue rules are in scope. After purchase we run a short scoping call to confirm your countries, shops, warehouses and accounting setup, register/verify your Shopee Open Platform credentials, then build, install and test on your Odoo instance before go-live. You get progress checkpoints throughout, not a black box.

You receive a defined post-go-live support and warranty window covering bug fixes, configuration help and adjustments if Shopee changes its Open Platform APIs during that period. We also hand over documentation and train your team so you're self-sufficient day to day. Because you own the module source, you can extend it yourself later; ongoing support or a maintenance retainer beyond the included window is available on request. New Odoo versions (e.g. an 18-to-19 upgrade) are supported as a migration path.

The connector is built multi-region, multi-shop from the ground up and covers Shopee's SEA + Taiwan markets — Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam and Taiwan. Each shop is its own Odoo record bound to the correct region host, currency, company and warehouse, so you can run any number of shops across countries. Adding a new market later is a configuration step, not a rebuild.

It supports Odoo 17, 18 and 19, on both Community and Enterprise. It's delivered as a standard addon with a versioned __manifest__.py, extends core models like sale.order and product.template rather than replacing them, and uses standard Odoo mechanisms — ir.model.access.csv, record rules, ir.cron scheduled actions and QWeb reports — so it stays compatible and upgrade-safe.

You bind each Shopee shop to an Odoo warehouse and choose whether it pushes on-hand or forecasted quantity, with an optional buffer/safety stock. Scheduled ir.cron jobs push updated quantities to each shop, and stock is decremented in Odoo the moment an order imports as a sale.order, so parallel shops draw from a single source of truth instead of stale per-marketplace counts.

Yes. The connector integrates SLS so you can arrange shipments, select the shipping channel, and retrieve shipping documents / airway-bill labels directly inside Odoo, then push ready-to-ship and tracking status back to Shopee. Your fulfilment team prints labels and updates orders from Odoo instead of switching to each country's Seller Center.

Yes. Security is enforced with ir.model.access.csv plus record rules, so a country or shop operator only sees the Shopee shops and orders assigned to them, while managers and finance get the cross-shop view. Every sync also writes an audit log, so you can trace exactly what was imported or pushed and when.
