Planned features include contract templates with billing frequency and escalation clauses, automated invoice generation with proration on mid-term changes, renewal pipeline with configurable lead-time alerts, indexation rules on renewal, linkage to FSM visits and helpdesk SLAs for delivery tracking, contract margin views combining revenue against service costs, and churn analytics. This app is currently in development on the ECOSIRE build pipeline.
