UAE Payroll & WPS computes Emirates-compliant salaries and generates the WPS Salary Information File (SIF) your bank or exchange house requires — plus end-of-service gratuity, leave salary, and air-ticket accruals. For UAE mainland and free-zone employers — WPS submission is mandatory for private-sector companies, and gratuity math is where spreadsheets routinely go wrong. Planned features include salary structures with UAE-standard allowances, one-click SIF generation per agent and bank format, gratuity calculation under both contract types with accrual postings, leave salary and encashment, GPSSA pension handling for GCC nationals, unpaid-leave and final-settlement workflows, and audit-ready payroll registers. This app is currently in development on the ECOSIRE build pipeline. It will ship first for Odoo 17, 18, and 19 simultaneously, with an ERPNext port following on the v15/v16 track — the same triple-version coverage as every live ECOSIRE app. One-time license, free updates within your major version.
