Planned features include multi-level reminder sequences with per-level templates and channels, automatic statement-of-account attachment (absorbing the statement-sender function), customer-level pause and dispute exclusions, reply detection that halts sequences, late-fee calculation options, portal payment links inside reminders, and effectiveness reporting by sequence stage. This app is currently in development on the ECOSIRE build pipeline.
