The Clinical EMR Add-on layers care workflows onto the Hospital Billing Suite: appointment scheduling, OPD encounter documentation, prescriptions, lab and imaging orders, and a longitudinal patient timeline. For clinics and small hospitals that want clinical and financial records in one system instead of integrating a separate EMR. Planned features include specialty-configurable encounter templates, vitals capture, structured diagnosis coding (ICD-10), e-prescriptions with drug interaction warnings via formulary lists, lab order tracking with result attachment, follow-up scheduling, consent and document management, and role-based access controls aligned to clinical privacy expectations. This app is currently in development on the ECOSIRE build pipeline. It will ship first for Odoo 17, 18, and 19 simultaneously, with an ERPNext port following on the v15/v16 track — the same triple-version coverage as every live ECOSIRE app. One-time license, free updates within your major version.
