この製品について
Your team talks to customers on messaging platforms all day, but that conversation lives outside Odoo. An agent opening a res.partner, a sale.order, or a crm.lead sees the internal chatter — emails, log notes, activities — but not the actual back-and-forth that closed the deal or raised the complaint. So they alt-tab to a phone or a separate inbox, copy-paste fragments, and lose the thread. Odoo's native chatter (mail.thread / mail.message) was built for internal collaboration and email; it has no concept of an external messaging conversation keyed to a contact's phone number or handle, and no typical off-the-shelf apps.odoo.com module reconstructs that history natively inside the record you are already looking at.
We build a module that renders a contact-matched messaging conversation history as a dedicated section in the chatter of any form you nominate. Technically, we add a mixin that resolves the current record to a contact identity — matching on res.partner phone/mobile normalized via the phone_validation helpers, email, or a custom external-id field — then queries your message store and streams the matched thread into an OWL component embedded alongside the standard chatter. Messages are modeled in a dedicated models.Model with @api.depends computes for direction, timestamp bucketing, and sender resolution; the view layer is QWeb/OWL so inbound and outbound bubbles, media placeholders, and delivery status render inline without leaving the form.
Ingestion is designed around whatever you already have. If your messaging conversations reach Odoo through an existing gateway, webhook, or export, we normalize them into the module's model on a scheduled ir.cron automated action or a real-time controller endpoint; if the data lives in an external system, we read it over the XML-RPC/JSON-RPC API or a REST bridge and cache it against the partner. Access is locked down with ir.model.access.csv plus record rules so an agent only ever sees conversations for contacts within their own sales team, company, or assigned scope, and the whole thing respects multi-company boundaries. The build targets Odoo 17.0, 18.0, and 19.0, works on both Community and Enterprise (Enterprise-only widgets are used only where you run Enterprise), and ships with a clean __manifest__.py and dependency declaration.
Because this is build-to-order, nothing is downloaded and switched on blind. We start with a short scoping call to confirm your matching keys, message source, and which forms should carry the history, then build against your requirement, test on a staging database, and install and configure it on your instance. Typical delivery is one working week from confirmed scope. Pricing starts from $999 (indicative, single-company base scope); additional messaging-source integrations, multi-company record-rule complexity, historical data migration volume, and extra form models each increase the quoted scope.

これは誰のためのものですか
Sales team lead
Runs a pipeline where deals are won and lost over messaging. Wants every rep to see the full customer conversation on the lead or order without leaving Odoo, scoped so reps only see their own accounts.
Customer support manager
Handles tickets that started as messaging chats. Needs the prior conversation surfaced on the helpdesk ticket so agents stop asking customers to repeat themselves, with visibility limited by team.
Odoo administrator / IT lead
Owns the instance and its multi-company setup. Needs a maintainable module with clean security rules, explicit dependencies, and a git handover rather than an opaque black box.
Operations director
Wants a single source of truth for customer interactions inside the ERP for auditability and onboarding, without a risky rip-and-replace of the existing messaging workflow.
Chat History in the Chatter の比較方法
| 基準 | エコシエール | カスタムビルド | 競合他社 | Odoo 標準機能 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Availability | Built to your spec, installed and supported by ECOSIRE | Depends on in-house or freelance capacity | Instant download but generic behavior | Available immediately, no external history |
| Contact-matched history | Matches on normalized phone, email, or custom external-id | Whatever you build and maintain | Often a single fixed matching key | None — chatter has no external messaging concept |
| Ingestion flexibility | ir.cron pull, webhook, or XML-RPC/REST bridge to your source | Must design and build the pipeline yourself | Tied to a specific vendor gateway | Not applicable |
| Security scoping | Record rules by team, user, and company; multi-company safe | As robust as your own rules | Basic access, rarely record-rule granular | Standard chatter access only |
| Version coverage | 17.0 / 18.0 / 19.0, Community and Enterprise | Whatever you target | Often lags on the newest release | Ships with the version |
| Maintainability | Clean manifest, docs, and full git handover | Varies with the developer | Closed source or thin docs | Core-maintained by Odoo |
| Total cost | From $999 indicative; fixed quote after scoping | Often higher once time is counted | Low list price, but rework to fit | Free but does not solve the need |
| Support | Post-go-live window plus optional ongoing | Internal only | Generic vendor tickets | Community forums / Enterprise support |
Chat History in the Chatter に関するよくある質問
Is this an existing app I can download and install today?
No. This is a build-to-order module that ECOSIRE builds, installs, and supports for your specific Odoo instance. There is no instant download — we build against your matching keys, message source, and forms after a scoping call.
How long does delivery take?
Typical delivery is one working week from confirmed scope. The timeline depends on how many messaging sources we integrate, how many form models expose the panel, and whether historical data needs migrating. We confirm the schedule in writing after the scoping call.
Which Odoo versions and editions do you support?
We build for Odoo 17.0, 18.0, and 19.0, on both Community and Enterprise. Enterprise-only widgets are used only where you run Enterprise; on Community we use equivalent Community-compatible components.
How does pricing and scoping work?
Pricing starts from $999 as an indicative single-company base scope. After a short scoping call we issue a fixed written quote. Additional messaging-source integrations, multi-company record-rule complexity, historical data migration volume, and extra form models increase the quoted scope.
What about support and updates after go-live?
Every build includes a post-go-live support window for defect fixes and configuration adjustments. You also receive the full git repository, so your own team or ours can maintain and extend it. Version upgrades to a newer Odoo release can be quoted separately.
How is conversation visibility controlled?
Access is enforced with ir.model.access.csv plus record rules, so an agent only sees conversations for contacts within their sales team, assigned scope, or company. Multi-company boundaries are respected so conversations never leak across companies.
What if our messaging data lives outside Odoo?
We handle that. Depending on your setup we ingest via a scheduled ir.cron pull, a real-time webhook controller, or read from your external store over XML-RPC/JSON-RPC or a REST bridge, then cache and match it against the correct partner.
