AI Invoice & Document OCR turns PDFs, photos, and email attachments into draft vendor bills, expenses, and purchase documents, extracting header and line-level data and matching vendors and products automatically. For finance teams processing dozens to thousands of supplier documents monthly — particularly Odoo Community users, since Odoo’s native OCR is Enterprise-only, and ERPNext users with no bundled OCR at all. Planned features include multi-document support (invoice, bill, receipt, expense, PO confirmation), email-inbox ingestion, vendor and product matching with confidence scores, multi-currency and tax extraction, human review queues for low-confidence fields, and a usage-based subscription component covering model costs. This app is currently in development on the ECOSIRE build pipeline. It will ship first for Odoo 17, 18, and 19 simultaneously, with an ERPNext port following on the v15/v16 track — the same triple-version coverage as every live ECOSIRE app. One-time license, free updates within your major version.
