No. This is a build-to-order extension. ECOSIRE builds the module for your specific Magento install, then installs and configures it for you. There is no instant marketplace download — you get a working, fitted system rather than a generic package you have to integrate yourself.

Typical delivery is about 2 to 4 weeks depending on your environment and how much you customize the pick/pack/ship rules, barcode and carrier integrations. We start on a staging copy of your store, confirm the workflow with you, then deploy to production. We'll give you a firm timeline after a short scoping call.

Yes. Because we build it against your instance, it integrates with your configured shipping methods and carrier label flow, respects your custom order statuses, and is MSI-aware so picks deduct from the correct stock source. It works on both Magento Open Source and Adobe Commerce (including B2B company assignments).

It's built with plugins/interceptors, observers and service contracts rather than core file overrides, which is the upgrade-safe approach. It's designed to survive Magento minor and patch releases. For major version jumps we offer a compatibility-update arrangement to test and adjust as needed.

Beyond that you can take an optional ongoing support and compatibility-update plan — we keep the module working across Magento patch releases, handle adjustments to your fulfillment rules, and stay reachable when your team needs a change.

You don't have to give warehouse staff broad admin access. The module ships dedicated ACL resources (pick / pack / ship / configure), so operators see only the fulfillment workspace. The pick/pack/ship actions are also exposed via service contracts over REST and GraphQL, so handheld scanners or an external app can drive the same logic.
