How long does delivery take, and what's the process?

Does it work offline, and what happens to those orders?
Yes. The app is offline-first: when connectivity drops, cashiers keep scanning and taking payment, and each transaction is queued locally on the device. When the network returns, queued orders sync to Magento as standard quotes/orders via the authenticated REST/GraphQL layer, and a cron job reconciles them — applying tax, MSI source deductions and invoicing exactly like an online sale.
Which payment hardware and printers are supported?
We integrate the in-person payment SDK your business already uses or plans to adopt (for example Stripe Terminal, Square, or another tap-to-pay/card-reader provider supported on iOS/Android), and pair Bluetooth ESC/POS thermal printers and barcode scanners. Will mobile sales mess up my web inventory or reporting?
No. Mobile orders are native Magento orders. They flow through the same service contracts, observers and order pipeline as web orders, deduct from your MSI sources, respect your tax rules and promotions, and appear in standard Magento sales reports. There is no separate POS database to reconcile — your Magento install remains the single source of truth.
