The moment a vendor also sells from a physical counter, a pop-up, or a weekend market, their stock and revenue drift out of sync — and your commission ledger no longer reflects reality.
This extension closes that gap. ECOSIRE builds a dedicated Magento 2 module (under app/code/Ecosire/MarketplacePos) that gives every seller their own browser-based POS panel, scoped strictly to that seller's catalog, inventory, and staff via Magento's admin ACL and your marketplace's seller-to-product relationships. Cashiers ring up sales against the seller's own products; stock decrements through Magento's StockManagement / MSI source contracts so the online listing reflects the in-store sale within seconds.
Every POS order lands as a native Magento order tagged to the seller, so it flows through the same invoice, commission, and payout logic your marketplace already uses. We wire commission calculation into the seller's transaction ledger via plugins/observers, and expose POS sales on the seller dashboard and admin reports. REST and GraphQL endpoints (guarded by ACL and rate limits) let you drive lightweight tablet front-ends or hardware.

We integrate against your installed marketplace module (such as Webkul Multi-Vendor Marketplace or a custom seller system) by reading its seller-to-product relationships and writing commissions into its transaction ledger, rather than replacing it. If you don't yet have a marketplace layer, we can advise on that too.
How is one seller's POS isolated from another's catalog and data?
Each seller's POS panel is scoped through Magento's admin ACL resources combined with the marketplace's seller-product associations. Cashiers authenticate against seller-specific accounts, and every query, inventory decrement, and order is filtered to that seller. Operators retain a cross-seller consolidated view; sellers never see each other's data.
Will in-store sales keep my online inventory accurate?
Yes. POS sales decrement stock through Magento's stock and MSI source service contracts, the same mechanism the online store uses, so a counter sale reduces the online sellable quantity within seconds. Offline-queued transactions are reconciled by a cron job when connectivity returns, preventing oversells across channels.
Does it run on Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source?
Both. We confirm your edition during scoping and build accordingly — Adobe Commerce features like B2B, advanced staging, or shared catalogs are accounted for when present, and the module degrades cleanly on Open Source. The same plugin/service-contract architecture is used on either edition.
