The CRM Connector — HubSpot turns your Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce store into a first-class data source for HubSpot. It pushes customer records, carts and orders into HubSpot CRM as contacts, companies and deals, so your marketing team can run inbound workflows, lifecycle nurturing and revenue analytics against real store data — instead of stale CSV exports.

This is a build-to-order extension, not an instant Adobe Commerce Marketplace download. After purchase, ECOSIRE builds the module under app/code/Ecosire/HubSpotConnector, configures it against your HubSpot portal and Private App token, installs it on your Magento install (Open Source or Adobe Commerce), and supports it. We scope your exact property and lifecycle-stage mapping before writing code.

Technically, the connector subscribes to Magento events via observer declarations and events.xml — customer_register_success, sales_order_place_after, checkout_cart_save_after — and uses a service-contract API layer (Api/HubSpotClientInterface) wired through di.xml. Writes are non-blocking: events enqueue messages onto a Magento message queue (RabbitMQ or db) so a slow HubSpot API call never delays checkout. A cron job runs reconciliation and batch backfill of historical customers and orders. Real-time create/update calls hit the HubSpot CRM v3 API with retry and rate-limit backoff; batch sync handles bulk imports.

You get an admin configuration section under Stores → Configuration with ACL-gated access, field mapping (Magento customer/address/order attributes → HubSpot contact/deal properties), lifecycle-stage rules, and a sync-status log grid. Abandoned carts become deals or abandoned workflow enrollments so HubSpot automation can recover them. We respect store-view scope, GDPR/consent flags and PII handling, and hand over source code you own.

No. This is a build-to-order extension. After purchase, ECOSIRE builds the module, configures it against your specific HubSpot portal and property schema, installs it on your Magento Open Source or Adobe Commerce store, and supports it. You receive the full source code, but it is custom work, not a self-service Marketplace listing.

What is the delivery lead time?

Typical delivery is about 2 to 3 weeks from when we receive HubSpot access (a Private App token), your property/lifecycle requirements and a staging environment. A standard customer/order sync is on the shorter end; complex custom field mappings, multi-store-view setups or bespoke workflow logic extend the timeline. We confirm a firm date during scoping before any build work starts.

How are HubSpot API authentication and rate limits handled?

It performs idempotent upserts (deduped by email) and implements rate-limit awareness with exponential backoff and retry, so bulk backfills and high-traffic periods stay within your portal's API quotas without dropping records.
