Yes. The module is built as a standard Magento 2 component and runs on Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source 2.4.x (PHP 8.1-8.3). It uses service contracts, di.xml plugins, observers and cron rather than core overrides, so it stays upgrade-safe. It is MSI source/stock aware and respects multi-store and per-store-view configuration scope.

Yes. Orders placed on Coupang are imported as native Magento sales orders through an observer-driven pipeline with idempotency keys, so a retried import never creates duplicates. Inventory changes sync back to Coupang via interceptors on stock save plus a reconciling cron sweep, which reduces the risk of overselling. We tune the sync cadence and reservation handling to your fulfillment model.

Yes. You need an approved Coupang seller account with Wing (Seller) API access — Coupang requires sellers to operate in Korea and complete their onboarding/verification. We do not resell or provide that account. Once you have your Wing API keys, we configure, secure (encrypted credential storage), and connect them during the build, and verify the connection before go-live.
