Document & Contract Control builds on native ERPNext File and Contract to give you a real document register: twenty-seven categories out of the box, version control with full upload and download history, expiry and renewal reminders, role-restricted access, and mandatory document checklists that other apps can gate a completion against. The contract register covers twelve contract types with amendment history, renewal reminders and termination notices.
Not included: electronic signatures (available separately via a DocuSign or Zoho Sign integration).
