This is a build-to-order Business Central extension, not an instant AppSource download. ECOSIRE designs, builds, installs and supports a Walmart Marketplace integration tailored to your environment, then hands you a documented, owned per-tenant extension.

The connector is written in AL as a set of table and page extensions plus codeunits that talk to the Walmart Marketplace REST API (orders, items, inventory, returns, prices) using your seller credentials and signed requests. A dedicated Walmart Setup page stores endpoints, channel mappings and throttling limits. Synchronization runs on the Business Central Job Queue so order pulls and inventory pushes happen on a schedule you control, with full Activity Log and telemetry for every call.

Inbound, new Walmart orders are imported as Business Central sales orders, with line mapping to your items, ship-node handling for WFS versus seller-fulfilled, and customer/address creation. Outbound, item listings publish with price and available-to-promise inventory sync, so your BC stock and pricing drive Walmart. WFS stock is reconciled against Walmart's fulfillment center quantities so seller-fulfilled and WFS pools stay correct. When you post a shipment, tracking number and carrier write back to Walmart; cancellations and Walmart-initiated returns flow back as credit memos and refunds.

Event subscribers hook BC posting routines so write-back is automatic, not manual. A permission set scopes access for operators, and everything is delivered as source you own.

How long until the connector is live, and how is it delivered?

This is build-to-order, so it is not an instant download. After a scoping call we confirm your SKUs, fulfillment model (seller-fulfilled, WFS, or both) and edge cases, then build against a Walmart sandbox and your BC test tenant. Typical delivery is a few weeks depending on catalog size and customizations. We deploy it as a per-tenant AL extension to your Business Central environment and hand over full source, configuration and a runbook.

What ongoing support and updates do I get?

Because you receive the per-tenant extension source, you own it outright. ECOSIRE provides a defined post-launch support window for fixes and questions, and offers ongoing maintenance for Walmart API changes, BC version upgrades and new requirements (added ship nodes, new mappings, extra automation) under a support agreement. You are never locked into a binary you cannot modify.

Does this work with Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS)?

Yes. The connector distinguishes seller-fulfilled and WFS orders by ship node, reconciles WFS inventory against Walmart fulfillment-center quantities, and keeps WFS and seller-fulfilled stock pools separate so available-to-promise published to Walmart stays accurate.

Does it run on Business Central online (SaaS) or on-premises?

Both. It is standard AL using the Walmart Marketplace REST API and the BC Job Queue, deployed as a per-tenant extension. The same codebase targets BC online (SaaS) or on-prem; we confirm your environment and any firewall/outbound rules during scoping.

Will it interfere with my existing BC customizations or other extensions?

No. It is built as table/page extensions and event subscribers rather than modifying base objects, with its own permission set and setup tables. We review your installed extensions during scoping to avoid event or field conflicts, and validate in your sandbox before production deployment.
