The POS-to-Marketplace Omnichannel Bridge is a per-tenant Business Central extension that ECOSIRE builds, installs, and supports on your environment. It connects your point-of-sale terminals and your online marketplace channels — Amazon, eBay, Walmart — directly to Business Central's item ledger so every channel draws from one unified stock pool. No more overselling a SKU online that just walked out the front door.
Built in AL, the extension ships as table and page extensions over Item, Sales Header/Line, and Item Ledger Entry, plus dedicated setup pages for channel credentials, location-to-channel mapping, and reservation rules. Event subscribers on posting and warehouse activity recalculate available-to-promise in near real time and push quantity updates outbound to each marketplace. Inbound marketplace orders and POS receipts land as Business Central sales documents through the BC REST/OData v4 API and a job-queue-driven sync engine, so your finance and inventory teams keep working in standard BC.
Because we build it for your tenant, we model your actual flows: click-and-collect (reserve online, fulfil in-store), ship-from-store (route a marketplace order to the nearest stocked location), and consolidated returns across channels. Permission sets scope who can edit channel mappings versus who can only monitor sync.
