This is a build-to-order extension, not an instant AppSource download. ECOSIRE builds it in the AL language, deploys it to your environment as a per-tenant extension, and supports it on your tenant. We use table and page extensions to add a controlled-documents FactBox to the pages you nominate, event subscribers to enforce revision rules at posting and release, and a configurable storage backing that points at SharePoint / Microsoft 365 or stays inside Business Central's native Attachments, depending on your governance needs.
What you get is context: from a production order line, an operator opens the current released drawing revision; from a purchase receipt, a receiving clerk pulls the supplier CoA before put-away; from an item card, quality sees every SOP that governs that part.
