The Amazon Seller / FBA Connector is a build-to-order Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central extension that closes the gap between Amazon Seller Central / FBA and your BC ledgers. It is not an instant AppSource download — ECOSIRE designs, builds, installs and supports it as a per-tenant extension on your specific Business Central environment (cloud SaaS or on-prem), tuned to your item numbering, locations, dimensions and posting setup.

Under the hood it is written in AL using table extensions and page extensions over Sales Order, Item and Posted Sales Invoice, with event subscribers wiring Amazon events into native posting routines. Order and fulfillment pulls run on the Job Queue against the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API), with OAuth (LWA) token handling, throttling and retry built in. Inbound documents are written through standard BC objects so your G/L, inventory valuation and customer ledger stay correct and auditable.

Orders flow in from both Seller-Fulfilled and FBA channels and map to sales orders with the right ship-to, marketplace and tax context. Inventory and listing sync keeps price, available stock and descriptions aligned between BC items and Amazon listings. FBA inbound shipments reconcile against BC quantities, and settlement reports import fees, refunds and reimbursements as posted entries so finance can reconcile payouts without spreadsheets. Multi-marketplace support spans NA, EU and MENA regions from one tenant.

ECOSIRE handles SP-API app registration guidance, permission sets, a sandbox build, UAT on your data, and go-live. Optional Dataverse / Power Platform surfacing exposes order and intent data to Power BI and Power Automate.
