Built in the AL language as a set of table and page extensions over the core Bank Account, G/L Entry and Dimension tables, the app introduces a Store Cash Declaration document, float and safe ledgers, banking deposit slips and a reconciliation worksheet that matches card-acquirer settlement files against POS takings. Event subscribers on posting routines write variance entries automatically, and an over/short approval flow routes anything above a configurable threshold to a finance approver before it posts.

ECOSIRE scopes your store layout, register count, acquirers (Stripe, Adyen, local PSPs) and chart of accounts, then builds, installs and supports the app as a per-tenant extension published directly to your Business Central environment (cloud SaaS or on-prem). Buy the license on ecosire.com and download the Retail Cash & Bank Reconciliation module ZIP from your account dashboard.
Upload to Odoo
Extract the ZIP into your Odoo custom addons folder on the server (or upload via Apps > Install from file on Odoo.sh / runbot).
Install the module
Activate Developer Mode, open Apps, click Update Apps List, search for Retail Cash & Bank Reconciliation, and press Install.
Configure settings
Open the new menu, paste your ECOSIRE license key, connect any external credentials (Shopify, Amazon, Stripe, etc.), and save.
Verify & go live

Is this an AppSource app I can just download?
No. This is build-to-order. ECOSIRE builds the AL extension to your store layout, acquirers and chart of accounts, then publishes it as a per-tenant extension directly to your Business Central tenant. There is no public AppSource listing to download; we handle the install on your environment.
What happens with support and Business Central update waves?
We provide post-delivery support and maintain the extension across Microsoft's twice-yearly Business Central update waves. Because it is built on supported AL extension points (table/page extensions and event subscribers) rather than base-code modifications, it survives upgrades cleanly. Ongoing support terms are agreed at handover; you also receive the source so you are never locked in.
Which POS and card processors does it reconcile against?
The reconciliation worksheet is built to match acquirer settlement files against POS takings. We support common processors such as Stripe and Adyen plus regional PSPs, and we map your specific settlement file format during the build. POS takings can be pushed via the included REST/OData endpoints or imported on a schedule by the Job Queue.
Does everything actually post to the General Ledger, or is it a side report?
Everything posts inside Business Central. Cash declarations, deposit slips, float movements and over/short variances write real Bank Account and G/L entries with dimension tags by store. There is no separate reconciliation spreadsheet — the daily close is the ERP's own ledger.
