Manual re-entry of WooCommerce sales into your accounting system is slow, error-prone and breaks every time you change a tax rate or add a payment gateway. QuickBooks & Xero Accounting Sync for WooCommerce removes that work entirely. It listens to WooCommerce order lifecycle hooks (woocommerce_order_status_completed, woocommerce_order_refunded, woocommerce_payment_complete) and maps each event to the correct document in QuickBooks Online or Xero — an invoice, a sales receipt, a credit note, or a payment — using the official QuickBooks Online and Xero accounting APIs over OAuth 2.0.

ECOSIRE builds, installs and supports the plugin on your WordPress site, configured to your chart of accounts, tax codes, product/SKU mapping and payout reconciliation rules. We handle the OAuth connection, the account mapping, and the edge cases that off-the-shelf connectors leave to you.
What it syncs: every completed WooCommerce order becomes an invoice or sales receipt; line items, shipping, tax and gateway fees map to the ledger accounts you nominate; refunds create matching credit notes; customers are matched or created; and gateway payouts (Stripe, PayPal) are reconciled against bank deposits so your books actually balance.
Built for HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage) and the classic post-based order tables alike, it uses the WooCommerce REST API internally and queues syncs through WP-Cron (or a real system cron we configure) so checkout is never slowed by an external API call. A wp-admin settings panel gives you account mapping, a sync log, manual re-push, and conflict handling. WPML and WooCommerce multisite stores are supported.
