Typical delivery is about 5 to 10 business days from when we confirm requirements and get access (or a staging copy). Stores with heavy customization, large historical datasets to backfill, or multisite networks can take a little longer — we give you a firm timeline before starting.
Is my customer and order data sent anywhere outside my site?
No. This is a fully self-hosted plugin. All reporting runs inside your own WordPress install and database — revenue, customer LTV, cohort and tax data never leave your server. The optional WooCommerce REST API endpoints only expose data to systems you explicitly authenticate, such as your own Power BI or Looker Studio workspace.
Will it work with HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage) and large stores?
Yes. The plugin reads from WooCommerce's custom order tables (HPOS) natively, with a fallback for legacy post-meta stores.
