ECOSIRE builds, configures, and installs this app on your store as a custom embedded Shopify app, tailored to your catalog, order patterns, and the marketing tools you already use. After a short discovery call we scope your segment rules and scoring weights, then deliver a working, installed system.
How it works technically: the app authenticates via Shopify OAuth with read scopes for customers and orders, performs an initial backfill through the Admin GraphQL API, then stays current through orders/create, orders/updated, and customers/update webhooks. RFM scores, predicted CLV, and churn-risk bands are recomputed on each event and written back as customer metafields so segments are usable across your theme, flows, and other apps. A Customer 360 view shows each shopper's full order timeline, lifetime value, and segment membership in one screen.

Typical delivery is about 2 to 4 weeks from the discovery call, depending on store size and how many segment rules and sync destinations you need. We start with a scoping call, agree on RFM weights and segments, then build, install, and verify the historical backfill before handover.
Every build includes a post-launch support window covering bug fixes and minor adjustments. After that, ECOSIRE provides ongoing support, Shopify API version upkeep (so webhooks and GraphQL calls stay current), and enhancements under a support arrangement we agree on.
