This is a build-to-order app, not an instant download. After purchase we run a short scoping call to confirm your triggers, conditions and actions. A typical engine with a handful of workflows is built, installed via OAuth and verified within roughly 1 to 2 weeks. Heavier cross-app integrations (ERP, 3PL) can take longer, and we confirm the timeline in writing before we start.

Shopify Flow is a great visual automation tool, but it is bounded by its supported triggers and actions and has no concept of scheduled or recurring runs or arbitrary custom scripting. Workflow Automation Engine adds Liquid-style custom logic, cron-style scheduled tasks, and cross-app actions that call external APIs — covering the cases where Flow simply has no node for what you need.

After handover you own the installed app. ECOSIRE provides documentation plus an optional support retainer covering new workflow requests, adjustments to existing logic, and maintenance when Shopify changes its Admin API or webhook behavior. Without a retainer you can still request paid changes anytime; the app keeps running as built in the meantime.

We install via standard Shopify OAuth and request only the scopes your workflows actually require — for example read/write on orders, products, inventory and metafields. We document exactly which scopes are granted and why, and you can revoke access at any time from your Shopify admin.

Yes. Cross-app actions are a core reason merchants choose this over Flow. If your external system exposes an API or webhook, we can have a workflow push or pull data — for example syncing fulfillments to a 3PL or writing orders into an ERP. We confirm feasibility for your specific systems during scoping.
