Xendit Gateway for Shopify (SEA) is a custom-built payment integration that wires your Shopify store to Xendit, the Southeast-Asian payment aggregator, so checkout finally speaks the way your customers in Indonesia and the Philippines actually pay. Instead of forcing local shoppers through a card form they'll abandon, you offer GCash, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, QRIS, virtual-account bank transfers, retail-outlet cash (Alfamart, Indomaret, 7-Eleven) and BNPL via BillEase — all in one gateway.
E-wallet checkout for GCash, OVO, DANA and ShopeePay routed through the Xendit invoice/payment API
QRIS dynamic QR-code payments for any Indonesian QRIS-enabled banking or wallet app
Virtual-account bank-transfer support (BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri, Permata and others) with per-order VA numbers
Retail-outlet cash payments via Alfamart, Indomaret and 7-Eleven with printable payment codes
BNPL routing to BillEase for eligible Philippine orders
Webhook-driven payment confirmation with HMAC signature verification and idempotent processing
This is honest build-to-order software, not a one-click App Store install. After purchase, ECOSIRE builds the integration against your store, registers your Xendit API keys, configures the payment methods you want enabled, and deploys it. We use Shopify's Admin GraphQL API, OAuth app authorization, webhooks for asynchronous payment confirmation (essential for virtual accounts and retail cash that settle hours later), and order metafields to store the Xendit invoice_id, payment channel and reference number against each order.
Because SEA methods are push-based and asynchronous, we handle the parts a generic plugin ignores: payment-pending order states, idempotent webhook verification with signature checks, automatic order marking on paid/expired/failed, and reconciliation references your finance team can match against the Xendit dashboard. We test in Xendit test mode, walk you through go-live, then provide 30 days of post-launch support plus optional ongoing maintenance.
You get a gateway tuned to your catalog, your currencies (IDR/PHP), and your operations — built once, owned by you, not a black box you rent forever.
Sells in IDR and loses checkouts because shoppers expect QRIS and virtual-account transfers, not international cards. Needs Alfamart/Indomaret cash options for the unbanked segment.
Wants GCash and BNPL (BillEase) at checkout to match how Filipino customers actually pay, without stitching together multiple single-method plugins.
Runs one store serving both Indonesia and the Philippines and needs a single Xendit gateway with clean reconciliation references to match payouts in the Xendit dashboard.

This is a build-to-order integration, not an instant download. After purchase we collect your Xendit API keys and your method preferences, then typically build, test and deploy within 5 to 10 business days depending on how many payment channels you enable and your store's complexity. You'll get a test-mode demo before we switch to live keys.
Yes. Every build includes 30 days of post-launch support for bug fixes and configuration changes. After that, you can keep the integration as-is (you own the code) or take an optional ongoing maintenance arrangement so we keep it current with Xendit API changes and Shopify platform updates.
E-wallets (GCash, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay), QRIS QR-code payments, virtual-account bank transfers, retail-outlet cash (Alfamart, Indomaret, 7-Eleven) and BNPL routing via BillEase. You choose which to enable during setup, and we configure the allow-list to your IDR or PHP storefront.
Yes. You must have an active Xendit merchant account in your name and provide your live API keys. ECOSIRE builds and installs the integration against your account; we never hold your funds or your keys long-term, and settlements go directly through Xendit to you.
These methods settle after the customer pays elsewhere (a bank app or a convenience store), so we register a webhook in your Xendit dashboard. When Xendit sends a paid, expired or failed callback, the integration verifies the signature, processes it idempotently, and updates the Shopify order automatically — no manual checking required.
