No. This is a build-to-order integration. ECOSIRE builds the app against your specific Square account, catalog and locations, tests it in a development store, then installs it into your live store. You are buying a custom build and installation, not a self-serve App Store listing.

A typical build and installation runs about 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff, depending on the size of your catalog, how many Square locations you operate, and any custom refund or tax rules. We confirm a firm timeline after a short scoping call and keep you updated through testing and go-live.

Every build includes a post-launch support window, and ECOSIRE supports the app on an ongoing basis. If Square or Shopify ships an API change that affects the integration, we maintain it. Extended support and enhancement work is available as a continuing arrangement rather than an automatic subscription.

Yes. Inventory syncs through webhooks against Shopify's multi-location inventory levels, so when stock changes at the register it updates online before the next shopper checks out, and online sales decrement in-store availability. We add retry and error logging so a single dropped webhook does not leave channels desynced.

Yes. We configure per-location mapping during the build so each Square site reconciles to the right Shopify location for inventory and reporting. The number of locations is one of the factors that influences scope and timeline.

Yes. Refund and void controls are surfaced inside the Shopify admin and resolve against the correct underlying Square charge, with both the ledger and inventory reversed correctly for full or partial refunds.
