This is a build-to-order app, not an instant download. Typical delivery is about 2 to 3 weeks from when we have your commission policy and store access. Simple single-tier setups can be faster; complex multi-team tiered policies with historical backfill take a little longer. We confirm a firm timeline after a short scoping call.

Every build includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes and configuration tweaks. Because the app uses the Admin GraphQL API and versioned webhooks, we also maintain it as Shopify deprecates API versions so it keeps working. Longer-term support and enhancement plans are available if you want continued changes to rules, reports, or integrations.

We use the attribution signals your store already relies on: order tags, discount/coupon codes tied to a rep, Shopify staff or POS attribution, or a customer-to-rep mapping stored in metafields. During onboarding we pick the most reliable signal for your workflow and validate it against historical orders.

The app listens for refunds/create and orders/cancelled webhooks and automatically reverses (claws back) the matching commission, either in full or pro-rated for partial refunds, so a rep is never paid on revenue that didn't stick.

Yes. The engine supports tiered rates that escalate once a rep crosses a revenue threshold, plus product-, variant-, and collection-specific rates, and per-rep or per-team overrides. We model your actual policy rather than forcing a generic template.

Yes. Each rep receives an automated statement per period and can view an embedded performance leaderboard. Admin role controls ensure reps see only their own commission data while managers and finance see everything.
