This is a build-to-order integration, not an instant install. Typical delivery is about 1 to 2 weeks from kickoff, depending on your theme complexity and how quickly your Safepay merchant account is approved and credentialed. You provide an active Safepay merchant account (API keys) and collaborator/staff access to your Shopify store; ECOSIRE handles the OAuth app, webhooks, write-back logic, and live small-value test transactions before handover.

No. ECOSIRE custom-builds and installs this integration for your specific store, theme and Safepay account. There is no public App Store listing to download. That's deliberate — a build-to-order approach lets us match your currency, catalog, risk rules and checkout branding instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all app.

Card data is captured through Safepay's hosted, PCI-DSS Level 1 secure fields. Raw card numbers and CVV never touch your Shopify store or any ECOSIRE-managed server, which keeps your PCI scope minimal (typically SAQ-A territory). 3DS authentication runs on eligible transactions to add a fraud and liability layer where Safepay and the issuing bank support it.

Handover includes documentation and a troubleshooting runbook, plus a post-launch support window to fix any issues found in real-world use. Beyond that, ECOSIRE offers ongoing support and maintenance — for example adapting to Safepay API changes, Shopify Admin API version bumps, or new wallet methods — under a separate support arrangement. We don't abandon the integration after install.

Refunds are issued directly from the Shopify admin order screen; the integration pushes the refund to Safepay so you don't manage a second dashboard. For reconciliation, Safepay transaction IDs, auth codes and settlement references are written into Shopify order metafields, and webhook handling is idempotent so a retried orders/paid or refunds/create event never double-marks an order.

Yes — that's the point of build-to-order. We can tailor the checkout fields and branding, failure/retry messaging, which payment methods are exposed, and how transaction metadata is stored. Heavier customizations (custom fraud rules, multi-account routing, ERP sync) are scoped and quoted on top of the base build.
