No. This is a build-to-order app. ECOSIRE builds, installs and configures it in your Shopify store against your real catalog, pricing and tax setup. There is no one-click marketplace install — that is deliberate, because contractor pricing, trade accounts and quote rules have to match your business.

Typical lead time is around 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff, depending on catalog size, how complex your tiered pricing is, and theme integration scope. We confirm a firm timeline in writing after a short scoping call before any build starts, and you get progress checkpoints along the way.

Every build includes a defined post-launch support and bug-fix window, agreed before we start. After that, ongoing maintenance, Shopify API-version upkeep (Shopify deprecates API versions on a rolling schedule) and new features are available under a support retainer or per-change basis. We do not abandon the install.

Yes. We integrate via theme-app-extensions and app blocks rather than rewriting your theme, and the quote cart sits alongside — not on top of — standard Shopify checkout, so customers who can buy directly still can. Accepted quotes convert to standard Shopify orders via draft orders.

Trade accounts are stored as customer metafields with a pending/approved/suspended state. Once you approve an account, contractor or volume tiers apply automatically at the quote cart. Approval is manual by your team by default, so unvetted buyers never see trade pricing.

Yes. When a customer accepts a PDF quote, it converts into a Shopify order through a draft order, carrying the project reference, agreed tier pricing and requested delivery date. Your team does not re-key anything, and the order flows through your normal fulfilment.
