No. This is a build-to-order app. ECOSIRE builds, configures, and installs it for your specific store, SKUs, and warehouse layout, then installs it on your store via a private OAuth app. You are buying a custom-fit fulfillment system, not a generic one-click listing.

After purchase we run a short scoping call to capture your SKU structure, bin layout, printers, and packing workflow. A standard build is typically delivered and installed within about 2 to 4 weeks depending on complexity, the number of locations, and any custom label or integration requirements. We confirm the exact timeline in writing before we start building.

The one-time $249 build fee covers the build, installation, and initial training. Ongoing support, Shopify API version updates, bug fixes, and new feature requests are handled under a transparent support arrangement we quote up front — so you are never surprised by a bill. Because Shopify deprecates Admin API versions on a schedule, we recommend a maintenance plan so your app stays current.

Yes. The app reads your Shopify locations and decrements stock at the correct location when an order is packed, using the Admin GraphQL API. Bin/shelf locations live inside each location as metafields, so a picker is routed to the right physical aisle for the right fulfillment location.

No special hardware is required. The picking and packing client runs as a mobile PWA in the browser on any modern phone, tablet, or rugged Android scanner with a camera. If you already own dedicated barcode guns, we configure the system to work with them too.

Every order line must be scanned at the pack station and matched against the order before fulfillment is allowed. A wrong item or wrong quantity is blocked on the spot and written to an audit log. Because the fulfillment write-back to Shopify only fires after full scan verification, an unverified or mismatched order physically cannot be marked shipped.
