No. This is a build-to-order solution. After you purchase, ECOSIRE builds a custom Shopify app for your store, grounds the AI on your catalog and policies, and installs it for you via Shopify OAuth. You receive a working, tested chatbot rather than a generic listing you have to configure yourself.

Typical delivery is two to three weeks from the point we have access to your store and your policy/FAQ content. Timing depends on catalog size, the number of languages, and how much brand-voice tuning you want. We confirm a firm timeline with you at kickoff and keep you updated through build, review, and install.

At install we read your catalog through the Shopify Admin GraphQL API, and we register webhooks (products/update, inventory_levels/update, orders/create) so changes stream in automatically. The AI checks multi-location inventory before recommending an item, so it won't push something that's out of stock or unpublished.

The LLM is grounded on your actual catalog, shipping rules, and returns policy via retrieval, and it runs with guardrails on what it can claim. For questions outside its knowledge, it can hand off to a human or your existing helpdesk rather than guess. We tune these boundaries with you during the build.

Every build includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes and tuning. Beyond that, an optional monthly retainer covers catalog growth, new language support, policy changes, prompt tuning, and LLM/Shopify API updates. You own the app and its data either way; the retainer is there so it keeps improving as your store evolves.

The $499 is a one-time build-and-install fee for the custom app. You are responsible for your own LLM API usage (we help you set up a provider account and keep costs predictable) and for your Shopify plan. Optional retainer support is quoted separately based on the scope you want.
