ECOSIRE designs, builds, installs and supports the connector as a per-tenant AL extension deployed onto your own Business Central environment (cloud or on-prem). We start from your room-type and rate-plan structure, map it to the channel manager's codes, and configure the sync the way your property actually operates.

No. This is a build-to-order solution. ECOSIRE designs, builds, installs and configures it as a per-tenant AL extension on your own Business Central environment. There is no instant AppSource download because every property has a different room-type, rate-plan and channel-manager setup that has to be mapped before the connector is useful.
Typical lead time is about 3 to 5 weeks from kickoff, depending on the number of room types, rate plans and channels, and on how quickly your SiteMinder or SynXis API credentials are provisioned. The schedule covers requirements and mapping, AL development, a sandbox sync test against your channel manager, then production install and go-live support. We confirm exact dates after the scoping call.
We build for whichever one you use. Each engagement targets your specific channel manager and its API. If you run both, or want a second channel manager added later, we extend the same per-tenant extension since you own it.

The connector treats true open availability in Business Central as the ceiling. Inventory pooling logic calculates sellable rooms per type, and outbound availability pushes never expose more than that ceiling to the OTAs. When a reservation arrives from any channel, availability is recalculated and re-pushed so the other channels are decremented, which is what prevents two OTAs from selling the last room.
