Zoho CRM & Books Sync for WooCommerce is a custom-built integration plugin that connects your WooCommerce store to the Zoho ecosystem so your sales, finance, and inventory data stay in one truth. This is not an instant download — ECOSIRE builds the plugin to match your exact Zoho org, field schema, and tax setup, then installs and configures it on your live WordPress site.

When a customer checks out, the plugin uses WooCommerce's order lifecycle hooks (woocommerce_checkout_order_processed, woocommerce_order_status_changed) to push the customer into Zoho CRM as a Contact and create or update an associated Deal in the pipeline you choose — including Bigin pipelines for leaner teams. Paid orders flow to Zoho Books / Zoho Invoice as Sales Orders and Invoices, and stock movements reconcile against Zoho Inventory, so you stop double-keying numbers between two systems.

The plugin authenticates through Zoho's OAuth 2.0 self-client flow with automatic token refresh, and respects your data-center domain (.com, .eu, .in, .com.au, .sa).
