How long until it is built and live on my site?

This is a build-to-order plugin, not an instant download. After we confirm your triggers, actions and field maps, typical delivery is about 1 to 2 weeks depending on how many workflows and edge cases (subscriptions, multisite, custom statuses) are in scope. We then install it on your WordPress/WooCommerce site and configure the first working Zapier or Make scenarios with you before handing over.

What do ongoing support and updates include?

Yes. The plugin reads order data through WooCommerce's data layer rather than assuming the legacy post/meta structure, so it works correctly whether your store uses traditional post-based orders or the new custom order tables. We verify this on your actual configuration during installation.

How is it secured so external apps can't abuse my store?

Outbound webhooks are HMAC-signed so your scenarios can verify they came from your store. Inbound actions use scoped WooCommerce REST API keys with only the permissions a given workflow needs, plus optional rate limiting. The signing secrets and API keys are managed from the wp-admin settings panel, and the delivery log lets you audit and replay events.

Why not just use WooCommerce's built-in webhooks or a generic SaaS connector?

WooCommerce core webhooks cover only basic events, send raw payloads, and have limited retry and no field mapping.
