Zapier & Make Connector for WooCommerce turns your store into a fully wired automation hub. Instead of fighting with brittle webhook exports or paying for a generic SaaS middleware seat per workflow, you get a purpose-built WordPress plugin that speaks fluently to Zapier, Make and n8n and the 8,000+ apps behind them.
On the outbound side, the plugin hooks directly into WooCommerce events using native WordPress actions like woocommerce_new_order, woocommerce_order_status_changed, woocommerce_update_product and customer/coupon hooks. Each event fires a signed, retried webhook carrying a clean JSON payload, so a paid order can instantly create a CRM deal, push a row to Google Sheets, message a Slack channel, or kick off a fulfilment flow.
On the inbound side, your Zap or Make scenario can call back into the store to create or update orders, products, customers and coupons — built on top of the WooCommerce REST API with scoped keys, so external systems can write data safely without a developer touching the site each time.

How long until it is built and live on my site?
This is a build-to-order plugin, not an instant download. After we confirm your triggers, actions and field maps, typical delivery is about one working week depending on how many workflows and edge cases (subscriptions, multisite, custom statuses) are in scope. We then install it on your WordPress/WooCommerce site and configure the first working Zapier or Make scenarios with you before handing over.
What do ongoing support and updates include?
Every build ships with a post-delivery support window for bug fixes, field-map adjustments and compatibility updates against new WooCommerce and WordPress releases (including HPOS changes). If you later need additional triggers, actions or new Zapier/Make/n8n scenarios, we scope those as a small follow-on. We do not silently auto-push changes to your live site.
Does it work with Zapier, Make and n8n at the same time?
Yes. The connector exposes signed outbound webhooks and inbound REST endpoints that any of the three can consume. You can run a Zapier Zap, a Make scenario and a self-hosted n8n workflow against the same store simultaneously, each with its own filtering and field mapping.
Is it compatible with HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage)?
Yes. The plugin reads order data through WooCommerce's data layer rather than assuming the legacy post/meta structure, so it works correctly whether your store uses traditional post-based orders or the new custom order tables. We verify this on your actual configuration during installation.
How is it secured so external apps can't abuse my store?
Outbound webhooks are HMAC-signed so your scenarios can verify they came from your store. Inbound actions use scoped WooCommerce REST API keys with only the permissions a given workflow needs, plus optional rate limiting. The signing secrets and API keys are managed from the wp-admin settings panel, and the delivery log lets you audit and replay events.
Why not just use WooCommerce's built-in webhooks or a generic SaaS connector?
WooCommerce core webhooks cover only basic events, send raw payloads, and have limited retry and no field mapping. Generic off-the-shelf connectors are one-size-fits-all and often charge per workflow. This build gives you the exact triggers, clean payloads, two-way actions and filtering your operation needs, installed and supported on your own site.
