The plugin awards points through native WooCommerce order status hooks (woocommerce_order_status_completed, woocommerce_order_status_processing) so points settle only on real, fulfilled orders — not abandoned or refunded ones. Customers earn on purchases, referrals, product reviews, account signup and birthdays, then redeem points as a discount at checkout via a coupon-equivalent applied through the WooCommerce cart/fee API.
