Shein Marketplace Integration for WooCommerce connects your WooCommerce catalog to Shein's third-party marketplace so fashion and lifestyle merchants can sell to Shein's audience without copy-pasting listings or babysitting stock counts. This is a build-to-order plugin — ECOSIRE builds it against the current Shein seller API, installs it on your WordPress site, configures it to your catalog, and supports it after go-live. It is not an instant WordPress.org or WooCommerce.com download.
Once live, the plugin pushes selected products to Shein with attribute and category mapping (your WooCommerce variations, sizes, colours and product attributes mapped to Shein's required taxonomy and variant model). Inventory and price sync runs on a scheduled job via WP-Cron (or a real server cron for high-volume stores), so a sale on WooCommerce decrements your Shein stock and vice versa, reducing oversell risk.
Shein orders are imported back into WooCommerce as native orders — written through the WooCommerce data layer so they are fully compatible with HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage / custom order tables) as well as legacy post-based orders. Fulfilment, tracking numbers and status changes you make in wp-admin are pushed back to Shein.
Operations live in a dedicated wp-admin settings screen: API credentials, field mapping, sync intervals, logging and bulk listing management to push, update or retire many SKUs at once. The integration is built on the WooCommerce REST/CRUD layer and standard WordPress hooks, actions and filters, so it coexists cleanly with your theme and other plugins. We can scope WPML/multilingual and WordPress multisite handling during the build. You own the code on your server — no per-order rent.

How long does delivery take, and is this a download?
This is build-to-order, not an instant download. There is no WordPress.org or WooCommerce.com listing to grab. After purchase ECOSIRE scopes your catalog and Shein seller account, builds the plugin against the current Shein API, then installs and configures it on your site. Typical delivery is a few business days to a couple of weeks depending on catalog complexity, variation/attribute mapping, and WPML/multisite requirements. We confirm a concrete timeline with you after a short scoping call.
What ongoing support and updates are included?
The build includes a defined post-launch support and bug-fix window so we can resolve issues found in real use. Because Shein's marketplace API and requirements change over time, we also offer ongoing maintenance to keep the integration working as the API, WooCommerce and WordPress evolve. The exact support window and any longer-term maintenance terms are agreed in writing before the build starts.
Do I need a Shein marketplace seller account?
Yes. Shein controls who can sell on its third-party marketplace and issues the API credentials the plugin uses. You must have (or be approved for) a Shein seller account and provide the API access. ECOSIRE does not grant or guarantee Shein marketplace approval — we build the integration that connects your approved account to WooCommerce.
Is it compatible with HPOS and my existing theme and plugins?
Yes. Imported Shein orders are written through the WooCommerce data layer, so they work with HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage / custom order tables) as well as legacy post-based orders. The plugin uses standard WordPress hooks, actions and filters and the WooCommerce REST/CRUD layer to coexist with your theme and other plugins. We test against your actual stack on staging before going live.
How does stock and order syncing run, and will it slow my site?
Syncing runs on scheduled background jobs via WP-Cron, with the option to use a real server cron for high-SKU catalogs so syncs are reliable and off the request path. Inventory and price changes propagate on the interval you set in wp-admin, and Shein order import is idempotent (keyed on Shein order IDs) so re-syncs never create duplicate WooCommerce orders. Front-end page loads are not blocked by sync work.
