ECOSIRE builds this as a custom WordPress plugin, then installs and configures it directly on your site — it is not an instant WooCommerce.com or WordPress.org download. We register two custom post types (ecosire_supplier and ecosire_purchase_order), wire them into the WooCommerce admin menu, and connect PO line items to your existing product / product_variation IDs so stock movements stay authoritative.
Suppliers are stored with contact details, currency, payment terms and lead times in days. Each product can map to one or more suppliers with per-supplier cost prices, so margin and landed cost are always visible. A scheduled WP-Cron job scans _stock levels against configurable reorder points and surfaces draft PO suggestions grouped by supplier — no more manual stock-out firefighting.
Purchase orders move through draft → approved → sent → received statuses, export to branded PDF (via Dompdf), and on goods receipt write stock back through wc_update_product_stock() so quantities, the HPOS order tables and reports stay in sync. Per-supplier cost tracking feeds simple landed-cost and spend reporting.

+How long does delivery take after I order?

+What do you do about ongoing support and updates?
Each build includes a support and maintenance period. WooCommerce and WordPress release frequent updates — including HPOS and REST API changes — and we keep the plugin compatible, fix issues, and apply security patches. We can also extend it later (new supplier fields, EDI export, ERP sync) as your procurement needs grow.
+Will it work with HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage) and my existing stock data?
Yes. The plugin declares HPOS compatibility via `FeaturesUtil::declare_compatibility()` and writes stock changes through WooCommerce's own `wc_update_product_stock()` so your product `_stock` levels, order tables and reports stay authoritative. It links PO line items to your real `product` and `product_variation` IDs rather than maintaining a separate stock ledger.

Optionally, yes. We can expose suppliers and purchase orders through custom WooCommerce REST API endpoints so an external ERP or accounting system can read and write procurement data. Deeper integrations (for example pushing approved POs into a finance system) are scoped as part of the build or a follow-on engagement.
