Moyasar Payment Gateway for WooCommerce lets KSA merchants take local payments — mada, Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay and STC Pay — directly inside WooCommerce checkout, settled in SAR through your own Moyasar account. This is a build-to-order plugin: ECOSIRE develops, installs and configures it on your live WordPress site, then supports it. It is not an instant WordPress.org or WooCommerce.com download.

The gateway registers a proper WC_Payment_Gateway class via the woocommerce_payment_gateways filter, so it appears natively under WooCommerce → Settings → Payments with a standard wp-admin settings screen (API publishable/secret keys, test/live toggle, supported methods, debug logging). Buyers complete payment through Moyasar's embedded form rendered on your checkout — no clumsy off-site redirect for the card/mada path — with 3D Secure handled by Moyasar's hosted authentication flow.

We wire Moyasar webhooks to a dedicated REST endpoint registered through register_rest_route so order status transitions (paid, failed, refunded) are confirmed server-to-server, never trusting the browser return alone. Refunds initiated from the WooCommerce Edit Order screen call the Moyasar refund API and reconcile the order. Webhook signatures are verified to reject spoofed callbacks.

The plugin is built for modern WooCommerce: HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage / custom order tables) compatible via FeaturesUtil::declare_compatibility, block-checkout aware, and WPML/multisite-friendly where required. We deliver clean, documented code (no encrypted blobs), a staging-first rollout, and a short handover so your team can manage it confidently.

How long until the gateway is live on my site?

Typical delivery is about 3–5 business days from when we receive Moyasar API access (test keys) and staging/admin access to your WordPress site. We build and test on staging first, then install and verify on production. Complex setups (custom checkout, multisite/WPML, block checkout customizations) may add a few days — we confirm the timeline before starting.

What kind of ongoing support and updates do I get?

Because we build, install and support this on your site, you get a warranty period for bug fixes after go-live and assistance keeping the gateway working across WooCommerce and WordPress core updates. We can also provide a paid maintenance arrangement for major-version WooCommerce upgrades, HPOS changes, or new Moyasar API requirements. It is not an auto-updating marketplace plugin — updates are delivered and applied by ECOSIRE.

Do I need my own Moyasar account?

Yes. You sign up and complete merchant onboarding/KYC with Moyasar directly — funds settle into your Moyasar account in SAR. We integrate the plugin using your publishable and secret API keys; we never hold your funds or act as a payment intermediary.

Is it compatible with HPOS and the new block-based checkout?

Yes. The gateway declares HPOS (custom order tables) compatibility via WooCommerce's FeaturesUtil, and we build it to work with both the classic shortcode checkout and the Checkout block. If your theme heavily customizes checkout, we test those flows on staging before go-live.

Can you support Apple Pay, mada and STC Pay all at once?

Yes — all of mada, Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay and STC Pay can be enabled, subject to your Moyasar account being approved for each method. Apple Pay also requires domain verification, which we set up and validate as part of installation. You can enable or disable individual methods from the gateway settings in wp-admin.
