Most stores end up running three half-overlapping plugins — one for WhatsApp, one for SMS, one for Telegram — each with its own settings screen, its own template syntax, and its own way of hooking into WooCommerce order status changes. The Multichannel Messaging Hub collapses that mess into one notification engine. We build against your exact WordPress/WooCommerce versions, install and configure it, then walk you through it. This is a build-to-order plugin we set up for you — not an instant marketplace download.
Yes. Every build includes a post-launch support window for bug fixes and for keeping the plugin compatible with new WooCommerce and WordPress releases (including HPOS changes). If a gateway changes its API or you want new events, channels, or templates added later, we can extend the build. We hand over the full source code, so you are never locked to us, but most clients keep us on for maintenance.

Broadcasts are queued and sent in throttled batches through WP-Cron rather than all at once, so you stay within your gateway's rate limits. You segment recipients (for example, customers who bought a category, or past buyers), pick the channel, and the engine paces delivery while logging every send. You are still responsible for opt-in compliance and your provider's messaging policies — we set the plumbing up to respect them.
