Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Catalog Sync for WooCommerce is a build-to-order plugin that connects your live WooCommerce store to a Meta Commerce Catalog so your products appear — and stay accurate — across Facebook Shops, Instagram Shopping, and Advantage+ / dynamic ads.
This is not an instant marketplace download. ECOSIRE builds the plugin against your specific WooCommerce setup, installs it on your WordPress site, connects it to your Meta Business account, and supports it after go-live. You tell us your catalog structure; we ship a plugin that fits it.
The plugin generates a Meta-compliant product feed (XML/CSV at a stable feed URL, plus optional direct Catalog API push) covering variations, brand, GTIN/MPN, availability, sale price, and additional_image_link. A WordPress hook layer listens for woocommerce_update_product, stock changes, and order-driven inventory writes, so price and stock updates propagate to Meta on near-real-time webhooks rather than waiting for a stale daily import. WP-Cron handles full reconciliation sweeps.
On the tracking side, we wire the Meta Pixel plus server-side Conversions API (CAPI) events — ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout, and Purchase — with deduplication event_id matching between browser and server so your dynamic ads optimize on clean signal even with ad-blockers and iOS restrictions.
Category and attribute mapping lets you map WooCommerce product categories and global attributes to Meta's google_product_category and custom fields, and group products into dynamic-ad product sets. The build is HPOS-aware (custom order tables), works with variable products, and can be extended for WPML / multisite catalogs. You own the code on your server — no per-product SaaS fee.
An ecommerce brand spending on Advantage+ catalog and retargeting ads that needs an accurate, always-fresh product catalog and clean Pixel + CAPI signal so dynamic ads stop showing wrong prices or sold-out items.
A WooCommerce merchant who tags products in Instagram posts and runs Facebook Shops, and is tired of manual CSV uploads and stale stock that gets products rejected or shown as available when they're not.
A performance marketer who owns the Meta ad account but not the WordPress codebase, and needs a reliable, supported sync that survives plugin updates and iOS/ad-blocker signal loss via server-side events.

No. This is a build-to-order plugin. ECOSIRE builds it against your specific WooCommerce store, installs it on your WordPress site (staging then production), and connects it to your Meta Business account. You receive a real, installed, working integration — not a generic ZIP you have to configure alone. You do own the plugin code on your server afterward.
Typical lead time is about 1 to 2 weeks from when we receive access to your site and Meta Business assets. A standard catalog with category mapping and Pixel + CAPI usually lands at the shorter end; large catalogs, WPML/multisite, or custom attribute logic take a little longer. We confirm a firm date after a short scoping call and work on staging first.
Every build includes a defined post-launch support and update window. Meta changes its catalog and Conversions API requirements regularly, and WooCommerce/WordPress release updates that can affect hooks and HPOS behavior — we keep the plugin working across those changes during your support period. We can also extend support on an ongoing basis if you'd like us to monitor feed health and event quality long-term.
The plugin listens to WordPress and WooCommerce hooks (product updates, stock-status changes, and order-driven inventory writes) and pushes those changes to Meta on near-real-time webhooks, with the option of a direct Catalog API push. A scheduled WP-Cron reconciliation sweep then re-validates the entire catalog so nothing drifts. It does not rely solely on a slow once-a-day feed import.
Yes. The build is HPOS-aware (High-Performance Order Storage / custom order tables) for sourcing Purchase events, exports variable products as item groups so each variation carries its own price, stock, and image, and is theme-agnostic because it works at the data and hook layer, not the storefront markup. WPML and multisite catalogs are supported as an extension.
